CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Tendering Agent”), entrusted by CNOOC China Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Tenderee”), intends to purchase the Goods and the relevant services required under the project of Dongfang 13-2CEPB Platform Additional Compressor Module by International Competitive Bidding. 在滿足（zú）相關條件時投標（biāo）人工（gōng）境外（wài）計數器公司，需（xū）給予切實有效的公司計數器計數器證明書；
A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B.在滿足相（xiàng）關條件（jiàn）時投標（biāo）人工（gōng）辦事處商，投標人應取得所投貨色製造商（shāng）可以其為此次投標給予該貨色的法定較為郎（láng）中進（jìn）行核準書。

Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate
投標人給予的進行打印集成電路板式換熱器製造商須有《中中國人民共和國異常設備生產許可證》，許可適用範圍不不可企及“壓強器皿製造A2級”。持續並提供切實有效的異常設備模式進行試驗證明書且證明書正式批準適用範圍包括此（cǐ）次投標適用範圍。投標時需給（gěi）予證明書複製件進行詳察件（複製件複查）並（bìng）可在全（quán）國範圍內異常設備出風頭相關（guān）信息進行調（diào）查（chá）服務平台（tái）（ info-pub/pub）確認。
A. The manufacturer of PCHE provided by the bidder must have the "Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China", and the scope of the license shall not be less than "pressure vessel manufacturing A2 level". And provide a valid special equipment type test certificate, and the scope of certificate approval covers the scope of this bidding. When bidding, a scanned copy of the original certificate (the original is for future reference) and can be verified on the national special equipment publicity information query platform ( info-pub/pub).

2013年1月1日至（zhì）投標截至日（rì）（以較為條約訂約日子加以為準），投標人所（suǒ）加以投（tóu）產品製造（zào）商應具備起碼有（yǒu）兩套供貨功績（熱載荷值更加不小（xiǎo）於11200 kW，設計壓（yā）強不不可企及8650 kPaG和設計熱度恒溫不不可企（qǐ）及170℃，超（chāo）低（dī）溫不（bú）超過-3℃的技術具體要求。）
Since January 1, 2013 to the deadline of bids submission stipulate(subject to the date of signing the contract), the Bidder shall have track records of at least 2 set of PCHE(each thermal duty shall not be less than 11200 kW, and the design pressure shall not be less than 8650 kPaG,design high temperature shall not be less than 170℃and low temperature shall not be more than -3℃).
投標人須按明（míng）確要求說明（míng）書正式（shì）提交功績表，持續並提交與此相關功績證明書文獻。功績證明書文（wén）獻（xiàn）包含但不禁止：1）對外銷售較為條（tiáo）約（yuē）打印件（含（hán）與此（cǐ）相關技術（shù）備件）和2）到會驗光證明（míng）書文獻。投標人（rén）所正式提交的功績證明書文獻一（yī）定要起碼反映這陣兒（ér）具體內容：較為條約進行簽訂時段、較（jiào）為條約進行簽訂頁（yè）（應該具備雙邊蓋章（zhāng））、製造商（shāng）具體稱謂（wèi）、貨色具體稱（chēng）謂、換熱器的種類、換熱交（jiāo）換、設計壓強和設計熱（rè）度的技術具體要求及到會驗光材料。未正式提交功績證明書（shū）文獻，或（huò）所給予的功績證明書（shū）文獻束手無策（cè）反映較為條約進行簽訂時段（duàn）、製造商具體稱謂、貨（huò）色具體稱謂、換熱器的種類、換熱（rè）交換、設計壓強和設計熱（rè）度的（de）技術具體要求及到會驗光材料的，均便是較為空空功績。
Bidders are required to submit performance forms in the prescribed format and relevant performance certification documents. Performance certification documents include but are not limited to: 1) copies of sales contracts (including relevant technical attachments) and 2) proof of delivery and acceptance. The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, Contract signing page (should be stamped by both parties) ，manufacturer's name, goods name, type of heat exchanger, heat exchange capacity, technical requirements for design pressure and temperature, and materials for acceptance upon arrival.Failure to submit performance certification documents, or failure to reflect the technical requirements for contract signing time, manufacturer name, goods name, heat exchanger type, heat exchange capacity, design pressure and temperature, as well as delivery acceptance materials, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
