②投（tóu）標人或其母（mǔ）公司須（xū）具備 A (含（hán）)上述的全（quán）球範（fàn）圍額（é）定值， 包含但不禁止穆迪、標普、惠譽（yù）、 AM Best 等。 The Bidder or its parent company shall have an international rating of A or above, including but not limited to Moody’s, S&P, Fitch and AM Best; ③投標人或其母（mǔ）公司 2022 年（nián）非壽險經費記下來須不低 於 3 億美（měi）金 Non-life insurance premium income of the Bidder or its parent company shall be no less than USD three hundreds million in 2022; ④投（tóu）標人或其母公司在世界（jiè）適（shì）用範圍內須具備單（dān）件具體項目保 險（xiǎn）有關金（jīn）額 1 億美金(含) 上述火電具體項目開展運營期的保護實際經驗 The Bidder or its parent company shall have underwriting experiences in operational phase insurance programs of coal-fired power projects worldwide with the Sum Insured of more than USD one hundred million (inclusive) for single project. ⑤本具（jù）體項目不進行接（jiē）管統（tǒng）一體投標。
