②投標人（rén）或（huò）其母公司須具備 A (含)上述的全球範圍額定值， 包含但不禁止穆迪、標普、惠譽（yù）、 AM Best 等。 The Bidder or its parent company shall have an international rating of A or above, including but not limited to Moody’s, S&P, Fitch and AM Best; ③投標人（rén）或其母（mǔ）公（gōng）司 2022 年非壽險（xiǎn）經費記（jì）下來須不低 於（yú） 3 億美金 Non-life insurance premium income of the Bidder or its parent company shall be no less than USD three hundreds million in 2022; ④投標人或其母公（gōng）司在世（shì）界適（shì）用範圍（wéi）內（nèi）須具（jù）備單件具體項目（mù）保 險（xiǎn）有（yǒu）關金額 1 億美金(含) 上述火電具（jù）體（tǐ）項（xiàng）目開展運營期的保護實際經驗 The Bidder or its parent company shall have underwriting experiences in operational phase insurance programs of coal-fired power projects worldwide with the Sum Insured of more than USD one hundred million (inclusive) for single project. ⑤本具體項目不進行接管統一體投標。
