A.在滿足相關條件時投標人工境內計數器公司，投標（biāo）人需給予法定切實有（yǒu）效的企（qǐ）業保證人運營授權、稅捐計數器證及安排單位源代碼證或證照統一（yī）的運營授權；
在滿足相關條件時投標人工境外計數器公司，需給予切（qiē）實有效的公司計（jì）數器計數（shù）器證明書；
A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B.在滿足相關條件（jiàn）時投標（biāo）人工辦事處（chù）商，投標人應取得所投（tóu）貨色（sè）製造商可以其（qí）為此次投標給予該貨色的法定較為郎中進行核準書。

（2）功績具（jù）體要求（qiú）Requirement for Bidder's reference:
2013年1月1日（rì）起至投標截至日（以較為條約進行簽訂時段加以為準），投標人所加以投產品的製造商應具備起碼關於兩個較（jiào）為條約板（bǎn）式換熱器（qì）的供貨功績，且（qiě）均符合（hé）換熱（rè）權力（lì）不不可（kě）企及30000KW的技術具體要求。投標人須（xū）正（zhèng）式提（tí）交與（yǔ）此相關功績證（zhèng）明書文獻。
From January 1, 2013 to the bidding deadline (based on the date of contract signing), the manufacturer of the products tendered by the bidder shall have supply performance for at least two contract plate heat exchangers, and both shall meet the technical requirements of heat exchange power not less than 30000KW. Bidders are required to submit relevant performance certification documents.
投標人須按明（míng）確（què）要求說明書正式提（tí）交功績表，持續並提交與此相（xiàng）關功績證明書（shū）文獻。功績證明書文獻包含但不（bú）禁（jìn）止：1）對外銷售（shòu）較為條約打印件（含與此相關技術備件）和2）到會驗（yàn）光材料（liào）。投標（biāo）人所正式提交的功績證明書文獻一定要起碼反映這陣兒具體內容：較為條約進行簽訂時段、較為條約進行簽訂頁（應該具備雙邊蓋章）、製造商具體稱謂、貨色具體稱謂、換熱權力及到會驗光材料。未正式提交功績證明書文獻，或所給予的（de）功績證明（míng）書文獻束手無策反映較為條約進行簽訂時段、製造商具體稱謂、貨（huò）色具（jù）體稱謂、換熱權力及（jí）到會驗光材料的，均（jun1）便是較為空空功績。
Bidders are required to submit performance forms in the prescribed format and relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents include but are not limited to: 1) copies of sales contracts (including relevant technical attachments) and 2) materials for acceptance upon arrival. The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (should be stamped by both parties),manufacturer name, goods name, heat exchange power, and arrival acceptance materials. Failure to submit performance certification documents, or failure to reflect the contract signing time, manufacturer name, goods name, heat exchange power, and arrival acceptance materials provided, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
