②投標人或其（qí）母公司須具備 A (含)上述的全球範圍額定（dìng）值， 包含但不禁止（zhǐ）穆迪、標普、惠譽、 AM Best 等。 The Bidder or its parent company shall have an international rating of A or above, including but not limited to Moody’s, S&P, Fitch and AM Best; ③投標人（rén）或其母公司 2022 年非壽險經費（fèi）記（jì）下來須不（bú）低（dī） 於 3 億美金 Non-life insurance premium income of the Bidder or its parent company shall be no less than USD three hundreds million in 2022; ④投標人或其母公司在世界適用範圍內須（xū）具備單件具體項目保（bǎo） 險有關金額 1 億美金(含（hán）) 上述火電具體項目開展運營期的保（bǎo）護實際經驗 The Bidder or its parent company shall have underwriting experiences in operational phase insurance programs of coal-fired power projects worldwide with the Sum Insured of more than USD one hundred million (inclusive) for single project. ⑤本具體項目不進行接管統一體投標。
