b）橇內(TS-X-3301/3302/3303)全部防水（shuǐ）電動設備（bèi）及要樣兒構件進行保護等級提升（shēng）符（fú）合IP56；防水等級（jí）提升符合ExdII BT4。
c）在投標時需給予防水證明書和按中國必須執行性CCC證明必須執行性產品證明目次給予中（zhōng）國必須執行性CCC證明。
A)All explosion-proof electrical equipment and instrument components in the skid (TS-X-3301) shall meet Class I, Zone 1 and Group IIA hazardous area requirements; All explosion-proof electrical equipment and instrument components in the skid (TS-X-3302/3303) shall meet Class I, Zone 2, Group IIA hazardous area requirements.B)All explosion-proof electrical equipment and instrument components in the skid (TS-X-3301/3302/3303) shall have the protection grade of IP56 and the explosion-proof grade of ExdII BT4.C)Provide explosion-proof certificate and provide China Compulsory CCC Certification according to China Compulsory CCC Certification Catalogue at the time of bidding.（3）功績具體要（yào）求Requirement for Bidder's Past Performance★: a）2016年1月1日（rì）至（zhì）投標截至日（以較為條約進行（háng）簽訂時段加以為（wéi）準），投標人應具備起碼（mǎ）1個較（jiào）為條約的航空運輸燃料橇或持續（xù）直升機比賽設置或活動式航煤比賽橇的供貨功績（較為條約訂約自治權（quán）加以應為投標人）。
b）如投標人（rén）束手無策符合上（shàng）述功績具體要（yào）求，投標人符合這陣兒關於兩（liǎng）個具體條件某個的，持續（xù）可視同符合第a)條功績具（jù）體條件（不受以上第a)條功績具體要求的能夠）：①所加以投產品（pǐn）在投標（biāo）前取得中國海洋原油集團公司 以及其積極分子公（gōng）司或進行部分機構正式批準和中國海洋原（yuán）油（yóu）集團公司 中國網絡實名製（zhì）的（de）頭一回工（gōng）程投入實際使用進行管理決定，給予簽署蓋章的《項目建設重要技術與產品頭一回投入實際使用進行管理決定借助發表書》證明書文獻（打印件（jiàn））。
②已參加中國海洋原油集團公司 三新三化列表（biǎo）索引且給（gěi）予（yǔ）認為（wéi）產（chǎn）品的提供（gòng）商，便是符合本投標具體項目功績具（jù）體要求（qiú）。
A）Subject to the contract signing date, the bidder shall have at least one (1) supply performance record of aviation fuel skid, or helicopter refuelling system, or mobiles aviation fuel refuelling skid from January 1, 2016 to the bid close date, and the contract shall be signed by the bidder itself.B） If the Bidder cannot meet the above performance requirements, the Bidder may be deemed to have met the performance conditions in Clause a) if it meets either of the following two conditions (and shall not be subject to the performance requirements in Clause a) above):① The products offered have, prior to bid submission, obtained the first engineering application management certification approved by China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and its subsidiaries or subordinate units, and filed with China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), with supporting documents provided in the form of a signed and sealed "Notice of Approval for First Application Management of Major Engineering Technologies and Products" (photocopy).② For suppliers whose products have been included in the CNOOC "Three New and Three Standardization" (Sanxin Sanhua) List and who provide the corresponding products, their performance shall be deemed to meet the requirements of this tender project.投標人須按明確要求說明書正式提交功績表，持續並提交與此相關功績證明書文獻。
功績證明書文獻（xiàn）包含：1）較為條（tiáo）約；2）使用者簽署（shǔ）或蓋章的到會驗（yàn）光（guāng）材料（到會驗光單或進行調試驗光（guāng）曉以大（dà）義或其他能夠（gòu）證（zhèng）明書較為條約項（xiàng）下貨色（sè）目前（qián）已經到會驗光（guāng）的（de）切實有效證明書材料）。
The bidder shall submit the Performance Form in the specified format and provide the relevant performance certification documents.The performance certification documents include: 1) Contracts; 2) Goods arrival acceptance signed or stamped by the client (i.e. Arrival Acceptance Form, or, Commissioning Acceptance Report, or other valid certifications that can prove the goods under the contract have passed the arrival acceptance).投標人所正式提交（jiāo）的功績證明書文獻一定要起碼反映這陣兒具體內容：較為條約進行簽訂時段（duàn）、較為條約進行簽訂頁（中國大陸進行零錢（qián）較為條約應該具備雙邊蓋章（zhāng），全（quán）球範圍進行零錢較為條約應該具備雙邊簽署或蓋章）、貨色具體稱謂、使用者簽署或蓋（gài）章的到（dào）會驗（yàn）光材料。
The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must include at least the following contents: the contract signing date; the contract signature page (China domestic trade contracts shall be stamped by the buyer and the seller, while international trade contracts shall be signed or stamped by the buyer and the seller); the name of the goods; and the goods arrival acceptance signed or stamped by the client.若功績較為條約為無較為正常總價值議定書，除給予議定書外，還應給（gěi）予認（rèn）為（wéi）的定單及（jí）與定單與之對應的（de）到會驗光材料，定單具體內容或號碼應與（yǔ）議（yì）定（dìng）書與此相關聯。
相同個議定書下，給予1個或上（shàng）述的定單及與（yǔ）定單與（yǔ）之對應的到會驗光材（cái）料，均算為1個功績。
If the performance contract is an agreement without a fixed lump-sum price, in addition to submitting the agreement itself, the bidder shall also provide the corresponding purchase orders and the delivery acceptance documents matching such orders. The content or number of each purchase order shall be correlated with the agreement. Under one single agreement, submission of one or more purchase orders together with their respective delivery acceptance documents shall be counted as one (1) performance record.未正式提交功績證明書文獻，或借助所給予的功績證明（míng）書文獻束（shù）手（shǒu）無策決定符合以上功績具體要求的，均（jun1）被便是較為空（kōng）空功績。
Failure to submit the past performance certification documents, or inability to confirm that the above performance requirements are met through the performance certification documents so provided, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
