Qualification requirements (the following conditions shall be concurrently met):
①投標人須為（wéi）非壽險公司
The Biddershall be a non-life insurance |

company;
②投標人或其母公司須具備 A （含）上述的全球範圍（wéi）額定（dìng）值， 包含但不禁止穆迪、標普、惠譽、 AM Best 等。
The Bidder or its parent company shall have an international rating of A or above, including but not limited to Moody’s, S&P, Fitch and AM Best;
③投標（biāo）人或其母公司 2022 年非壽險經費記下（xià）來須不低 於 3 億美金
Non-life insurance premium income of the Bidder or its parent company shall be no less than USD three hundreds million in 2022;
④投標人（rén）或其母公司在世界適（shì）用範圍（wéi）內須具備單件具（jù）體項目保 險有關金額 1 億美金（含） 上述火（huǒ）電具體項目開展運營期（qī）的（de）保護實際經驗
The Bidder or its parent company shall have underwriting experiences in operational phase insurance programs of coal-fired power projects worldwide with the Sum Insured of more than USD one hundred million (inclusive) for single project.
⑤本具體項目不進行接管統一體投標（biāo）。
