上海市機械裝備成套（集團公司） （這陣兒（ér）進行縮寫：投標單位）受上海運輸量高等院校（這陣兒進行縮寫：投標人）寄托，對加以下述貨色開展全球範圍著名（míng）市場競爭性投標，我們誠心進行迎睇符合標準投標如意人生加投標（biāo）。

    Shanghai Machinery Complete Equipment(Group)Co.,LTD (hereinafter called ”the Tendering Agent”), authorized and on behalf of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (hereinafter called ”the Tenderee“), We cordially welcome eligible bidders for the supply of following goods by way of International Competitive Bidding.

 

1、投標具體條件 / Bidding Conditions

具體項目大概/Project Overview：上海運輸量高等院校擬進行采購超低溫強電磁場比賽機。Shanghai Jiao Tong University plans to purchase Low Temperature High Magnetic Field Refrigerator.

現投標人資本策源地已按照要求具體執行，具有了投（tóu）標具（jù）體條件。/Now Funds have been put in place, the Project is with the bidding conditions.

 

2、投標具體內容/ Bidding Contents

   投標具體項目（mù）具（jù）體稱謂：超低溫強電磁場比賽機 。

   / Project Name：Low Temperature High Magnetic Field Refrigerator.

1）進行預計有關金（jīn）額：300關於萬元普通人幣。進行預計包括設備完成交付運用前的（de）全部與此相關花消，投標機構的投標價目須盡可能全麵全麵考慮包含設備自己花消還有做（zuò）伴（bàn）隨的外經外貿進（jìn）行門首等花消,與此（cǐ）同時須盡可能全麵（miàn）全麵考慮交叉匯率盛衰興廢（fèi）潛在風險等或（huò）許進行引（yǐn）起超進行（háng）預計的元素）。

Project budget contains all the costs associated with the equipment before delivery, the tenderer's tender offer shall give full consideration to include the device itself cost and accompanied by the foreign trade import cost, at the same time, must fully consider the risk of currency fluctuations and other factors may lead to over budget.

3、投標人輩（bèi）數兒具體要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

1)投標人在中中國人民共和邊（biān）界裏裏外外計數器且具備進（jìn）行相信的保證人輩數兒，能給予（yǔ）以上產品及認為服務的辦事處商或（huò）製造企業；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers;

2)一（yī）定（dìng）要（yào）給予所加以投（tóu）產品的生產商麵向此次投標具體項目作為的分頭進行核（hé）準書；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender;

3)具備投標文獻中所需設備的供貨和售後服務的實際能力；

3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;

4）參與此次投標相關活（huó）動前3年（nián）內，投標（biāo）人在管理相關活動中並未犯罪進行記錄，無使用歪點子當市場競爭鬼點子持續騙（piàn）取（qǔ）中標，無統一進行非（fēi）法進行記錄；

4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;

  

4、此次投標不進行接管統一體投標。/ Joint Bids is Not Available.
