3、*投標人輩數兒（ér）具體要求（qiú）/ Qualification Requirements For Bidder：
1) 投標人須具備進行相信保證人輩數兒，境（jìng）內投標人給予持續加載進行聯係（xì）社會層麵金融信用源代碼的運營授權（quán）或相關事業機構保證人證明書；境外投（tóu）標人須給（gěi）予切實有效的企業計數（shù）器（qì）證明書材料； / Domestic bidders with independent legal personality shall submit a copy of their business license; Overseas bidders must provide valid proof of enterprise registration materials. 2）功績證（zhèng）明書：2019年1月1日時至今日（以較為條約訂約時（shí）段加以為準），投標人須具備自己訂約的（de）3份比較（jiào）類似的（de）供貨功績，需給予較為條約十分重要頁（起（qǐ）碼包括甲乙雙邊蓋章或簽署頁、對外銷售（shòu）產品具體內容及數額、較為條約訂約時段）； /Performance proof: from January 1, 2019 to the present (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder shall have 3 supply performance of similar signed by itself, and the key pages of the contract shall be provided (at least including the seal or signature page of A and B, the content and quantity of the products sold, and the time of contract signing); 3）投標人一（yī）定要是（shì）製造（zào）商（統一商）或製造商進行核準的辦事處商，投標（biāo）人如為辦事處商則一定要給予製造商作為的切實有效期內（nèi）的進行核準書； /The bidder must be the manufacturer (integrator) or the manufacturer’s authorized agent, the bidder, such as the agent must provide the manufacturer issued by the validity of the authorization letter; 4）投（tóu）標人須給予其 /The bidder must provide its bank account within three months before the opening of the bid issued by the credit certificate, in which the territory of the bidder to provide by the opening of the basic account of the bank issued by the credit certificate; 5）投標人需給予近關於三年（2020-2022）財務管理進行鉤稽曉以大義，如未建立關於三年，需給予設立自此以後的老（lǎo）三方財務管理進行鉤稽曉以大義（財務管理進行鉤稽曉以大義需包含資本負債累累表、現款客流量表和淨利潤表，三表缺一使不得）； 注：針對束手無（wú）策給予進行鉤稽曉以大（dà）義的相關事業機構，需（xū）給予財務管理表格； / Bidders are required to provide financial audit reports for the past three years (2020-2022), if not established for three years, they are required to provide a third-party financial audit report since its establishment (the financial audit report should include a balance sheet, a cash flow statement, and an income statement, with one of the three tables missing); Note: For the utilities that are unable to provide an audit report, they are required to provide financial statements; 6）投標人須給予中本國人民銀行家作為的銀行家大體上（shàng）有（yǒu）關賬戶開戶（hù）許（xǔ）可證或由（yóu）為（wéi）企業創立大體上（shàng）儲蓄有關賬（zhàng）戶的銀（yín）行家（jiā）作（zuò）為的（de）具備企業大體上儲蓄有關賬戶號碼的作出說明文獻； /The bidder shall provide the bank basic account opening license issued by the People's Bank of China or the explanatory document with the basic deposit account number of the enterprise issued by the bank that opens the basic deposit account for the enterprise; 7）投標人須給予其進行詞訟及決定狀（zhuàng）況作出說明（míng）； /The bidder shall provide a statement of its litigation and arbitration status;4、此次投標不進行接管統一體投標/ Joint Bids is NOT Available。
