（1）輩數兒具體要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder and CertificatesA．★運營（yíng）授權（quán）：在滿足相（xiàng）關條件時投標人工境內計數器公司，投（tóu）標人需給予法定切實有效的企業保證人運營授（shòu）權、稅捐計數（shù）器證及安排單位源代碼證或證照統一的運營授權；在滿足相關條件時投標人工境（jìng）外計數器公司，需給予切實有效的公司計（jì）數器計數器證（zhèng）明書。A．★Business licence: The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B．★製造商具體要求:投標人（rén）一定要是潛水艇柔性軟管理造商，不（bú）進行（háng）接管辦事處商投標。B． ★ Manufacturer requirement:The bidder must be subsea flexible pipe manufacturer. Agents shall not be allowed to bid.C．★有沒有進行接管統一體（tǐ）投標：否。C. ★Joint Venture: Not Accepted.D．未領購投標文獻有沒有能夠參與投標:使（shǐ）不得以。D. Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available.E．★投標人一定要給予切實有（yǒu）效期內的API 17J證明書進行詳察（chá）件，且（qiě）應可在API證明書進行調查網站https://mycerts.api.org/Search/CompositeSearch確認，複製（zhì）件複查。E. ★The bidder shall submit API 17J certificate within the validity period. And it should be possible to verify on the API certificate query website https://mycerts.api.org/Search/CompositeSearch. Original API 17J certificate shall be ready for verifying if required.（2）★功績（jì）具體要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:投標人（rén）需（xū）符合這陣兒全部具體要求：The Bidder needs to meet all below requirements：2015年1月1日至投標截至日（以較為條約進行簽訂時段加以為準），投標人應具備起碼一（1）個較為（wéi）條約的潛水艇（tǐng）柔性立管（輸氣電（diàn）介質為石油或自然氣或石油（yóu）與自然氣進行配料物）的供貨功績（供貨功績的（de）製造（zào）商一定要是投（tóu）標人），且符合潛水艇柔性立缸管徑更加不小（xiǎo）於10英尺、投入實際使用（yòng）深深的更（gèng）加不小於500米。投（tóu）標人須按（àn）明確要求（qiú）說明書正式提交功績（jì）表，持續並提交與此（cǐ）相關功績證明書文獻。功績證明書文獻包含但不禁止：1) 對外銷售較為條約打印（yìn）件（包含封皮、簽署頁）；和2）到會驗光證明書材料（貸方簽署或蓋章的到會驗光單或到最後使用者進行簽訂的進行落成證明書或使用者作為（wéi）的馬馬虎虎（hǔ）驗光證明（míng）書或其餘能夠證明書較為條約項下貨色目前已經到會驗光的（de）切實有效證明書材料）。投標人所正式提交的功績證（zhèng）明書文獻一定要起碼反映這陣兒具體內容：較為條約進行簽訂時段、輸氣（qì）電介質、貨色（sè）具體稱謂、潛水艇柔性立缸管徑和投入實際使用深深（shēn）的、到會（huì）驗光證明（míng）書。未正（zhèng）式提交功績證明書文獻，或借助（zhù）所給予（yǔ）的功績證明書文獻束手無策決定符合（hé）以上功績（jì）具體要求的，均（jun1）便是較為空空功績。？投標人一定（dìng）要填空說明（míng）書備件（jiàn）3功績表。From 1st Jan, 2015 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder shall have at least One(1) contract of product supply performance of, and all meet the technical requirements of subsea flexible riser (crude oil, natural gas or mixture of both above) with ID not less than 10 inches and the water depth not less than 500 meters. - The Bidder shall provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (Including the cover and signature page) and 2) arrival and acceptance certificates (handover certificates signed by the buyer or certificates of completion signed by the end-user or temporary acceptance certificates issued by the user ). The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing Contract, Conveying Medium, Name of Goods, Name of Project, technical requirements of ID, water depth, and Receiving certificate of arrival of goods.- If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, Name of Manufacturer, Name of Goods, Name of Project, technical requirements of ID, water depth, and Receiving certificate of arrival of goods, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.The bidder must fill in the performance form in form Attachment 3: List of Performance.
