Operational Phase Insurance Programs for CPHGC 2×660MW Coal-fired Power Project in Pakistan |
①投標（biāo）人須為非（fēi）壽險公（gōng）司
The Biddershall be a non-life insurance company; ②投標人或其母公司須具（jù）備 A（含）上述的全球範圍額定值， 包含但不禁止穆迪（dí）、標普、惠譽、AM Best 等。 The Bidder or its parent company shall have an international rating of A or above, including but not limited to Moody’s, S&P, Fitch and AM Best;
③投標人或其母公司 2022 年（nián）非（fēi）壽險經費記下來須不低 於 3 億美金 Non-life insurance premium income of the Bidder or its parent company shall be no less than USD three hundreds million in 2022;
④投標人或其母公司在世界適用範（fàn）圍內須具備單件具體項目保 險有關金額 1 億美（měi）金（含）上述火電具體項目開展（zhǎn）運營期的保護實際經驗 The Bidder or its parent company shall have underwriting experiences in operational phase insurance programs of coal-fired power projects worldwide with the Sum Insured of more than USD one hundred million (inclusive) for single project.
⑤本具體項目（mù）不（bú）進行（háng）接管統一體投標。
