二、進（jìn）行蠲免方（fāng）法：
1、進行預支款：較為條約訂約後，賣方給予較為條約總價值（zhí）的 10%進（jìn）行預支款保證書及 10%應邀保證（zhèng）書後，貸方在 15 個（gè）具體工作趕明兒賣方進行繳納較為條約總（zǒng）價值的 10%進行預支款。
2、寄遞進行蠲免：貨色經貸方出廠大（dà）致驗光符合標準（zhǔn）後，賣方將貨色送（sòng）給貸（dài）方進行指（zhǐ）派寄遞所在地，貨色述職持續發運（yùn）後，貸方以
3、質保金（jīn）：較為條約有關金額的 10％進行進行質保金，在（zài）質保進行滿期後經采用方予以確認後進行繳納（nà）較為條約總價值 10%的貨款。
三、價目具體要求：
1、含到（dào）天津港或上海港的車（chē）板寄遞價（jià）、含 13%溝滿濠（háo）平進行領略稅特地發單、產品包裝費、中國大陸需要費、可靠費、商檢費等。
2、設備（bèi）質保期：質保期自貨色達到中國大陸進行（háng）指派海港（gǎng）寄遞後 18 個月。
2、請（qǐng）進行證明寄遞期。
3、請（qǐng）進行證明（míng）價（jià）目（mù）切實有效期。
4、持續上傳價（jià）目時請（qǐng）給（gěi）予 PDF 版和可修改版。
5、價目時給予更加具體（tǐ）技術（shù）形式參數。
6、本（běn）相對批次進行采購寄（jì）遞所在地進行劃（huá）成天津（jīn）港或上海港。

六、產品包裝具體要求：
6.1 貨色的產品包（bāo）裝要參加全球範圍海（陸（lù））需要具體（tǐ）要求和男方交通運（yùn）輸業辦事處的混（hún）凝土具體要求；若因產品包裝原因導致的破財均由供方責任政府。
6.2 外產品（pǐn）包裝箱上從嚴按較（jiào）為條約上的嘜頭繁（fán）體字填空較為條約號、結（jié）果機構、等高線（xiàn）度量衡等相關信息。
七（qī）、投標人輩數兒（ér）具體要求
投標人（rén）一定要符合這陣兒所有輩數兒具體要求：
1、投標人一定要（yào）是生產（chǎn）製造製造廠，是在中（zhōng）邊界內/外計數器的企業保證人，具備切實有效期內的 ISO9001 品質管理（lǐ）體係證明證明書還（hái）有環境（jìng）、工作崗（gǎng）位保持健康證明（míng）證明書，給（gěi）予五年內關於兩項（xiàng）比較類似產品老鼻子於 5 萬的較（jiào）為條約證明書材料。
2、投標人是進行領略稅通常（cháng）繳稅（shuì）人，能持續開具進行領略稅特地發（fā）單。
3、投標人財（cái）務管理景（jǐng）象較好，近關於三年並未正處在被責（zé）成進行關閉，財產權被共管（guǎn）、進行結冰、失（shī）敗情（qíng）況。
