中（zhōng）電商業（北京） （這陣兒進行縮寫“投標辦事處”）受中國郵件航（háng）空運輸 （這陣（zhèn）兒進行縮寫“投標人”）寄托，就“中國郵件航空（kōng）運輸（shū） 列日內勤（qín）醫衛組飯店服（fú）務（wù）(投標號碼：CECOM-2024-BD02-0044) ”項下的貨色及服務開展著名投標。現三顧茅廬符合標準的投標人開來投標。

Entrusted by China Postal Airlines Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "tenderee"), China Electronics Commerce (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "tenderee agency") conducts public tender for the goods and services under the item of "China Postal Airlines Corporation Limited Liège Aircrew Hotel Service(2nd) (Tender No. : CECOM-2024-BD02-0044)". Qualified bidders are invited to submit their bids.

一、 具體項目具（jù）體（tǐ）稱謂：中國郵件航空運輸 列日內勤醫衛（wèi）組飯店服務

    Project name：Liège Air Crew Hotel services (2nd)of China Postal Airlines

二、 投標（biāo）號碼Bidding number：CECOM-2024-BD02-0044 

三、 投標具體內容Purchase content：

注：1.本具體項目使用車架（無較為（wéi）正常總有關金額）進（jìn）行（háng）采購（gòu）運行方式。投標人一定要對所有具體（tǐ）內容開展價目，如有進行罅漏或（huò）進行進步萬丈造價（單價）的價目，將進行引起投標較為空空。此次進行采購有關金額和數額為（wéi）進行預（yù）言相關數值，進（jìn）行（háng）采購人有關有權按真實情況有必（bì）要作出調整，並按真實（shí）情況數額開展預（yù）算。較為條約期內的進行采（cǎi）購數額或許會富有加以增減，較為正常單價僅此而已開展認為作出調整。

This project adopts the framework (no fixed/guaranteed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.

2. 趟：清晰度為單程；

Trip: defined as one way;

3.服務

 Contract duration: One year from the effective date of Agreement.

四、 投標人輩數兒具體條件Qualifications for bidders：

（一）投標人一定要（yào）是本地計數器的公司，具有（yǒu）本地當局決定（dìng）法定切實有效的資格條件文（wén）獻；（可（kě）用於包1和包2）;

Bidders shall be registered in local government and with valid license; (applicable to packages 1 and 2);

（二）被中國郵（yóu）件（jiàn）集團公司 、中國郵件（jiàn）快遞物流（liú）運輸股子 及中國郵件航空運（yùn）輸 進行參加黑名冊且在切實有效期內的投標人，均無輩數兒參與本具體項目的進（jìn）行（háng）采（cǎi）購（gòu）相關活（huó）動；（可用於包1和包（bāo）2）;

Bidders that have been blacklisted by China Post Group Co.,Ltd. China Postal Express & Logistics Co.,Ltd and China Postal Airlines Co.,Ltd and are within the validity period are ineligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project; (applicable to Packages 1 and 2);

（三）與郵件（jiàn）無進（jìn）行股本聯係且仍然存在這陣兒狀況的，不可參與進行采購相關活（huó）動：郵件負責人相關人員以及（jí）其親戚和其餘一定聯係（xì）人、郵件工作人員加以持股（限非上市公司），以個人自身高官（guān）顯爵（安排（pái）委任的除了）認為（wéi）保證人、常（cháng）務董事長、總經紀人、有關監事的企業，還有郵（yóu）件分屬非（fēi）工會或工作人員團（tuán）體出錢設立的企業；（可用於包1和包（bāo）2）;

Those that have no investment relationship with the postal service and are in the following situations shall not participate in procurement activities: postal leaders, their relatives and other persons with specific relationships, postal employees holding shares (limited to non-listed companies), enterprises acting as legal persons, chairpersons, general managers and supervisors in their personal capacity (except for those appointed by the organization), as well as enterprises set up by trade unions belonging to the postal service or by the collective funding of employees; (applicable to packages 1 and 2);

（四（sì））投標人一定要（yào）依照本具體項（xiàng）目投標通（tōng）知書的具體要（yào）求得到本具體項目投標文獻，不然無輩數兒參與本具（jù）體項目。（可用於包1和包2）;

Bidders must obtain the bidding documents for this project in accordance with the requirements of the tender notice for this project, otherwise they are not eligible to participate in the project. (Applicable to packages 1 and 2);

（五）投標人深（shēn）度本地Liège Airport全球範圍航空（kōng）港候機樓運距時段在30毫秒（含）內心裏；（僅可用於包1）;

The distance between the bidder and Liège Airport must be within 30 minutes (inclusive) by driving; (applicable to package 1 only);

（六）投標人須進行配置飯店，能給予早、午、晚飯堂（táng）食服務；（僅可用於（yú）包1）;

The bidder shall be equipped with a restaurant, which can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner services; (applicable to package 1 only);

（七）投標人須（xū）給予（yǔ）地方地Liège Airport全球範圍航空港候機樓至飯店彼（bǐ）此之間的來回運（yùn）輸量服（fú）務。（僅可用於包2）

The bidder shall be responsible for the transportation service back and forth the terminal building of Liège Airport and hotel. (applicable to package 2 only)

注：投（tóu）標人須按投標人輩數兒具體條件（jiàn）相繼給予認為證明書材料（liào）。

Note: Bidders are required to provide appropriate supporting documents according to the bidder's qualification conditions, article by article.

五、 投標人申請 Bidders Registration：

（一）申請時段：2024年1月16日至2024年1月22日,每日北京時段9:00-11:30，13:30-16:30（國度合法節周期除（chú）了），向進行（háng）采購人殯葬申（shēn）請材料，過期達到的申請材料恕不進行接管（guǎn）。

Application Period: Registration must be submitted from January 16, 2024 to January 22, 2024. 9:00-11:30, 13:30-16:30 Beijing time every day (except national holidays).

（二）進行采購文獻得到
未在中國核動力投（tóu）標進行采購（gòu）網（www.zhuliyuan.com.cn）上計數器社員的機構應先鍵擊計數器。計數器取得成功後的在 投標社員 區依據投標通知書的認（rèn）為作出說（shuō）明得到投標文獻！
