中電商業（北京） （這陣兒進行縮寫“投標辦事處”）受（shòu）中國郵件航空運輸 （這陣兒進（jìn）行縮寫“投標人”）寄托，就“中國郵件航空運輸 列日內勤醫衛組飯店服務(投標號碼：CECOM-2024-BD02-0044) ”項（xiàng）下的貨（huò）色（sè）及（jí）服務開展著名投標。現三顧茅廬符合標準的投標人開來投標。

Entrusted by China Postal Airlines Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "tenderee"), China Electronics Commerce (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "tenderee agency") conducts public tender for the goods and services under the item of "China Postal Airlines Corporation Limited Liège Aircrew Hotel Service (Tender No. : CECOM-2024-BD02-0044)". Qualified bidders are invited to submit their bids.

一、 具體項目具（jù）體稱謂：中國郵件航空運輸 列日內勤醫衛組飯店服務

    Project name：Liège Air Crew Hotel services of China Postal Airlines

二（èr）、 投標號碼Bidding number：CECOM-2024-BD02-0044 

三、 投標具體內容Purchase content：

注：1.本具體（tǐ）項（xiàng）目使用車架（無較為正常總有關金額）進（jìn）行采購運（yùn）行方式。投標人一定要對所有具體（tǐ）內容開展價目（mù），如有進行罅漏或進行（háng）進步萬丈造價（單（dān）價）的（de）價目，將進行（háng）引起投標較為空空。此次進行采（cǎi）購（gòu）有關（guān）金額和數額為進行預（yù）言相關數值，進行采（cǎi）購人有關有權按真實情況有（yǒu）必（bì）要作出（chū）調整，並按（àn）真實情況數額開（kāi）展預算。較為條約期內的進行采購數額或許會富（fù）有（yǒu）加以增減，較為正常單價僅此而已開展認為作出調整。

This project adopts the framework (no fixed/guaranteed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.

2. 趟：清晰（xī）度為單程；

Trip: defined as one way;

3.服務

 Contract duration: One year from the effective date of Agreement.

四、 投標人輩數兒具體條件Qualifications for bidders：

（一）投標人一定要是本地計數器的公司，具有本地當局決定法定切實有效的資格條件文獻；（可用於包（bāo）1和包2）;

Bidders shall be registered in local government and with valid license; (applicable to packages 1 and 2);

（二）被中（zhōng）國（guó）郵件集（jí）團公司 、中國郵（yóu）件快遞物（wù）流運輸股子 及（jí）中國郵件航空運輸 進行參加黑名冊且在切實有效期內的投（tóu）標人，均無輩數兒參與本具體項（xiàng）目的進行采購（gòu）相關活動；（可用於包1和包2）;

Bidders that have been blacklisted by China Post Group Co.,Ltd. China Postal Express & Logistics Co.,Ltd and China Postal Airlines Co.,Ltd and are within the validity period are ineligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project; (applicable to Packages 1 and 2);

（三）與郵件無進行（háng）股本聯（lián）係（xì）且（qiě）仍然存（cún）在這陣兒狀況的，不可參（cān）與進行采購相關活動（dòng）：郵件負責（zé）人相關人員（yuán）以及其親（qīn）戚和其餘一定聯係人、郵件工作人員加以持（chí）股（限非上市公司），以（yǐ）個人（rén）自身高官顯爵（安排委任的除了）認為保證人、常務董事長、總經紀人、有關（guān）監事的企業，還有郵（yóu）件分屬非工會或工作（zuò）人員團體出錢設（shè）立的企業；（可用於（yú）包1和包2）;

Those that have no investment relationship with the postal service and are in the following situations shall not participate in procurement activities: postal leaders, their relatives and other persons with specific relationships, postal employees holding shares (limited to non-listed companies), enterprises acting as legal persons, chairpersons, general managers and supervisors in their personal capacity (except for those appointed by the organization), as well as enterprises set up by trade unions belonging to the postal service or by the collective funding of employees; (applicable to packages 1 and 2);

（四）投標人一定要依照本具（jù）體項目投標通（tōng）知書的具體要求得到本具（jù）體項目投標文獻，不然（rán）無輩數兒（ér）參與本具體項目。（可用於包1和包2）;

Bidders must obtain the bidding documents for this project in accordance with the requirements of the tender notice for this project, otherwise they are not eligible to participate in the project. (Applicable to packages 1 and 2);

（五）投標人深度本地Liège Airport全球範圍航空港候機樓運距時段（duàn）在30毫（háo）秒（含）內心裏；（僅可用於包1）;

The distance between the bidder and Liège Airport must be within 30 minutes (inclusive) by driving; (applicable to package 1 only);

（六）投標人須進行配置飯店（diàn），能（néng）給予早、午、晚飯堂（táng）食服務；（僅可用於包1）;

The bidder shall be equipped with a restaurant, which can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner services; (applicable to package 1 only);

（七）投（tóu）標人須給予地方地Liège Airport全球範圍（wéi）航空港（gǎng）候機樓至飯店（diàn）彼此之間的（de）來回運（yùn）輸量服務。（僅（jǐn）可用（yòng）於包2）

The bidder shall be responsible for the transportation service back and forth the terminal building of Liège Airport and hotel. (applicable to package 2 only)

注：投標人須按投標人輩（bèi）數兒具體條件相繼給（gěi）予認為（wéi）證明書材料。

Note: Bidders are required to provide appropriate supporting documents according to the bidder's qualification conditions, article by article.

五、 投（tóu）標人申請 Bidders Registration：

（一）申請時段：2024年（nián）1月9日至2024年1月15日,每日北京時段9:00-11:30，13:30-16:30（國度合法節周期（qī）除了），向進行采購人殯葬申請材料，過期達到的申請材料恕不進行接管。

Application Period: Registration must be submitted from January 9, 2024 to January 15, 2024. 9:00-11:30, 13:30-16:30 Beijing time every day (except national holidays).

（二）進行采（cǎi）購文獻得到
未在中國核動（dòng）力投標進行采購網（www.zhuliyuan.com.cn）上計數器社員的（de）機構應先鍵擊計數器。計數器取得成功後的在 投標社員 區依據投標通知書的認為作出說明得到投（tóu）標文獻！
