3、投標人輩數兒具（jù）體要（yào）求
投標（biāo）人應具（jù）有的輩數兒或功（gōng）績:（1）投標人一定要是自行法定技術專利權（quán）具備者。2012年1月（yuè）1日時至今日，投標人應（yīng）具備中國（guó）關境內獨（dú）門獨戶10關（guān）於萬噸/年及上述整體規模（以EVA產品計（jì））釜式法EVA設置在正常運轉或興建工程功績1套。持續並提（tí）供較為條約打印件及采用製造廠聯係信息，因為具有（yǒu）。上述興建工程功績包（bāo）含全部正在開展施工、正（zhèng）在設計（jì）或已發展開始運行會的具體項目
Bidder must be legal patent owner of technology. From January 1, 2012 to now, the bidder shall have the performance of one set of Autoclave EVA unit in operation or under construction with the scale of single line 100Kt/a and above within China Mainland. A copy of the contract, the name and contact number of the person in charge of the user unit shall be provided for verification。The above performance of under construction include all projects that are under construction, process package design or have held kick-off meetings
(2) 投標人（rén）須給予多種（符合標準切實有效的）資格（gé）條件證（zhèng）明書的打印件：如運營授權、開展經營許可證等；
Bidder should provide the printed version of various valid qualification certificates, such as business license and operation license, etc (The copy must be signed or sealed by the bidder).
(3) 投標人開（kāi）戶銀行（háng）家在（zài）開標近日關於三個月內持續（xù）開（kāi）具的資信證明書的複製件或該複製件的打（dǎ）印件（由投標人表示簽署或蓋章）。
The Bidder shall provide the bank reference letter issued within three months prior to the date of bid opening in original or its copy (The signature or sealing by the respective of bidders is needed).
（4）給予2018年至2020年的財務管（guǎn）理進行核算表格，在滿足相關（guān）條件時投標人是股子著名公司的（de）分公司（或科學方法院（yuàn）所），能夠隻給予（yǔ）資（zī）本負債累累表、現款（kuǎn）客流量表、淨利潤表的打印件，打印投標（biāo）人（rén）印把子。
Provide Financial Status Reports for the years from 2018 to 2020. If the bidder is a branch of a limited company (or a research institute), financial reports can be limited to duplicates of balance sheet, cash flow statement, and income statement. Bidding Company’s stamp is required on the reports.
(5) 良好聲譽具體要求： Requirements for reputation
5.1在這程（chéng）子3年內未出現重要設計（jì）質（zhì）量（liàng）實際問題。
No major design quality problems have occurred in the last three years.
5.2未被工商界行政機構進行管理管風琴在全國範圍內企業金融信用相關信息出風頭係統（www.gsxt.gov.cn）進（jìn）行參（cān）加重要犯罪進行違約企相關事（shì）業名（míng）冊（cè）。
It has not been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises and institutions by the administrative department for Industry and Commerce in the national enterprise credit information publicity system (www.gsxt. Gov.cn).
5.3未被萬丈普（pǔ）通人董事會在“金融信用中國（guó）”網站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）進行參加進行違約被落實人名（míng）冊；未被中國落實（shí）相關信息（xī）著名網*進行參加進行（háng）違約被落實人名冊。
It has not been included in the list of dishonest persons executed by the Supreme People's Court on the "credit China" website . It has not been included in the list of dishonest persons to be executed on the China Information Disclosure website（ http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/ ）.
5.4投（tóu）標（biāo）人或其（qí）合法表示人、擬委派的具體項（xiàng）目責（zé）任政府人無統一進行非法工作。
The bidder or its legal representative and the person in charge of the project to be appointed are not guilty of bribery.
5.5依照《中國原（yuán）油自然氣集團公司著名公司投標人進行違約工作進行管理解決辦法》開標當日未被(請（qǐng）計（jì）數器)中斷或撤銷投標輩數（shù）兒。

(6) 給予的PDP文獻完成交付實施進度具體要求（qiú）：PDP正版文（wén）獻可分組次（cì）給予，所有完成交付時段不可進行進步上班戰後（hòu）的（de）6個月，在這當中給予支持縮減機進行（háng）采購的十分重要設備相關數值（zhí）表，完成交付時段（duàn）不可進行進步上班（bān）戰後的3個月。
PDP delivery schedule requirements: Preliminary PDP can be provided in batches, and the total delivery time shall not exceed 6 months after the Kick-off meeting. Among them, the delivery time of key equipment data sheets used to order compressors shall not exceed 3 months after the Kick-off meeting.
給予的EPDP文獻完成交（jiāo）付實施（shī）進度具體要求：EPDP正版文獻（xiàn）可分組次（cì）給予，所有完成交付時段不可進行進步上班戰後的11個月。
